• Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: * Standard Shipping (Pakistan): 3-5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above Rs. 3,000.

• Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: AlNoor Dawakhana is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (for international shipping). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

• Damages: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
